Medical Receptionist
Healthonomic Primary Care is a growing company servicing a patient population in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Healthonomic is looking for a person with strong customer service skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties are as followed but not limited to: COVID screening greets and assists patients and visitors. Check-In patients, ask them to complete any paperwork, scan insurance cards, and scan Identification/Driver’s Licenses for new patients and active patients who need to be updated. Answer phone calls and scheduled visits. Ensures the work area/station is clean, tidy, put together, organized, and ready for the next day or the next employee who may be working at that work station. Ensures patients' waiting area is clean, tidy, put together, organized, and ready for the next day. This should be done before and after every shift.
