Project Manager Coordinator

Do you want to grow in your position with multiple learning opportunities? Our Project Manager Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Accounts and Innovation teams for digital projects, including collaboration with Stamats senior executives and our clients on a wide array of projects. In this position, you will have an opportunity to practice presenting, learn about Google Analytics, place content within content management systems, understand usability and accessibility, build beautiful PowerPoint presentations, and learn how to tell stories. 

 

Others would describe you as a rising star and driven. You are trustworthy and a quick learner. You feel comfortable with ambiguity and figuring it out. And when you don’t get it right, you roll with the feedback and adjust quickly. 

 

In this role, you will support the entire account and Innovation teams. Our assumption is that in one to two years, you will be actively managing your own projects. This role will be very hands on with a lot of feedback, training, and growth expected. You will need to be ultra-organized, driven, and open to feedback. We are a dynamic team looking for an entry-level coordinator who will not stay in that role for long as they move up in the company. 

·        Degree in marketing, digital communications, or related fields.  

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills. 

·        Able to work independently and with a team to meet a variety of shifting deadlines. 

·        Organization. This is no joke; you must be the person everyone knows is organized. You love lists and making sure nothing is dropped. 

·        Client experience preferred. 

·        Experience in and knowledge of Google Analytics a plus.  

·        Prefer experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google tools, CMS, Marketo, Salesforce, Basecamp, and digital marketing tools.
