Marketing Intern

Buffalo 8 is a full-service media company with three principal offices across Los Angeles and New Mexico. Buffalo 8 operates five core service divisions: development, production, post-production, distribution, and creative branding with accolades from the Sundance, Berlin, Toronto, Tribeca, and SXSW festivals. Buffalo 8 works closely with its sister company, BondIt Media Capital, a world-renowned film, television and media financier founded in November 2013.

The Marketing Intern for BondIt Media Capital and its family of companies is responsible for helping the Marketing Manager complete daily tasks such as preparing marketing strategies and increasing traffic to all social media accounts. Examples of Marketing Intern duties and responsibilities include:

  • Creating effective posting schedules for social media accounts and their content
  • Studying competitor brands and their content to ensure BondIt stays relevant
  • Ensuring social media posts are frequent, relevant, and strategic
  • Preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needs

Additionally, the Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to propose long term Brand Voice Projects to work on independently or alongside the Marketing Manager. 

The position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both film and marketing. Candidates should have superior oral and written communication skills, be eager to learn about the entertainment industry, and have a strong work ethic.
