Role Description
TiER1 Performance is looking for a full-time Marketing Intern with a strong interest in exploring a career in internal marketing. This internship is a paid position that lasts 3-4 months.
Responsibilities
Help the project team with the following:
- Brainstorm marketing solutions for project(s)
- Research the best options to meet project needs
- Create marketing assets with the target audience(s) in mind
- Support social media and digital presence efforts
- Support data accuracy efforts and research for inbound leads, campaigns, etc.
- Review, edit, or test marketing pieces to ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications
- University student typically pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, writing, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas, particularly in writing
- Understands key principles of effective marketing design
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
