Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and management of all Joffrey productions, from scheduling and budgeting to load-out and postmortem. This position liaises with creative team and oversees the IATSE union employees in the warehouse, the costume shop, backstage, and during productions. The Production Manager works closely with the Artistic Director, Academy Director, and General Manager to coordinate all aspects of production and performance for both the Artistic and Academy departments. The Production Manager serves a critical role in supporting the Joffrey’s commitment to diversity, accessibility, and artistic excellence in performances & productions, training & education, and community engagement.
