At NIT, our investment is in supporting our clinicians to be their best selves, which in turn allows them to provide outstanding care to those we have the privilege of serving. That’s why at NIT, we look for a modest 80% productivity expectation because we believe pushing unrealistic productivities as 90-95% harms both the therapist and the patient.

And we know that work-life balance is key to everyone’s life. That’s why we schedule our PRN team members with flexibility in mind. Whether you are looking for just a few PRN hours to fill in your work schedule or would like something more consistent (such as every Tuesday between 11-3), joining our PRN team will afford you the opportunity to change lives in a meaningful way and on your schedule. PRN assignments are typically in a single facility on any given day though rarely an assignment covering patients in both sites may be needed. It is always the PRNs choice whether to accept an assignment. Our PRN team members enjoy many of the same perks as our full time staff members such as in-service opportunities and company-wide recognitions.
