Music Camp Counselor

Camp Encore/Coda, a music and sports camp in Sweden, Maine, is looking to hire music counselors. Typically undergraduate aged, our music counselors play in our ensembles, assist our music faculty, and have teaching opportunities.

This position is first and foremost about being a counselor: ensuring the physical and emotional safety of the campers. The counselor will live in cabins with the campers and provide daily support, enthusiasm, and leadership. During the day, counselors will be assigned to a number of musical and non-musical duties. Our musical culture is supportive, non-competitive, robust, and inspiring for both campers and staff!

We welcome all applicants at this time, though we have specific needs for winds, brass, and percussionists.

If you love being in a musical environment but would rather do non-musical work, we are hiring photographers for our camp yearbook and lifeguards to work on our beautiful waterfront!
