Your New Role…
Works with SVP and Manager of International Marketing, in collaboration with the worldwide marketing team, in the day-to-day creation, management & implementation of marketing strategy across select titles for all Warner Bros. International territories. Supports SVP and Manager in the day-to-day communication with individual markets regarding the creation, development and adaptation of campaigns to meet local strategic needs. 
                                                           
Your Role Accountabilities
  • Supports the Senior Vice President and Manager of International Marketing in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns including strategy, creative direction and planning across departments.
  • Works with representatives from all disciplines including creative, media, promotions, digital, research, publicity and the creative services to help the team gather the latest information on each film’s campaign in order to properly keep the markets updated on plans.
  • Tracks all deadlines for creative materials (print, AV) and helps manages timelines with the Creative and Finishing teams to ensure international delivery schedules are met.
  • Acts as a resource for markets when it comes to assets and estimated deliveries of materials so local teams can plan accordingly. Keeps print & AV trackers updated and relays material delivery statuses in the international weekly updates.
  • With the supervision of the Manager, reviews and approves local advertising materials and adaptations of Home Office creative to fit local strategy.
  • Assists in managing the centralized localization process for debuts of trailers and posters to achieve global debuts.
  • Manages the Creative Content Day process with the markets. Along with the Manager and other departments, reviews, edits and brainstorms scripts for international concepts submitted for each film’s Creative Content Day. Following the shoot, helps manage, review and approve all Intl content captured with the creative vendor and coordinate delivery of content to markets by deadlines.
  • Attends weekly meetings with the international markets/regions and helps to action any follow ups that come out of these calls.
  • Helps manage the Premiums and Concessions creative review process with the vendors and Consumer Products.
  • Manages any International film book-tie ins by serving as a liaison between the local market and WB Consumer Products.
  • Creates international slides or decks needed for internal or filmmaker presentations.
  • Assists with planning of any international conventions/events (CineEurope, CineAsia, ShowEast, Brazil CCXP, etc), as well as any internal international conferences.
  • Manages the team’s shared drive and archives the drive as needed.                                       
Qualifications & Experience…
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with file types and creative software (Photoshop, Keynote, After Effects, Final Cut, Quicktime)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing/Advertising/Publicity strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working in areas of audio/visual materials and/or print production useful
  • Previous experience with components of print and broadcast campaigns preferred
  • Previous experience in International realm useful
  • Strong creative eye and intuition, attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines in a very fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in international and other cultures
  • A self-starter and an independent critical thinker
  • Attentive to detail and hyper-organized
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to initiate projects and solve problems effectively
  • Must have a high degree of motivation and work well both as an individual and within team environment

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
