Behavior Therapist Summer Internship

What is an Behavior Therapist?

A Behavior Therapist (BT) is a crucial member of a multidisciplinary team that provides therapy and support to children with autism. BTs play an essential role in helping children achieve growth, gain independence and joy.

 

Requirements to Become an BT

High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent.

Training: TherapyWorks provides a training program that covers principles and techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) along with other coursework related to working in healthcare.
