Patient Care Assistant - Medical Office Management
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) will assist the COO, Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) and other Front Desk Staff. Responsibilities will include providing information to patients regarding their scoliosis diagnosis and treatment, educating the patient about the process from beginning to end, coordinating appointments, reviewing insurance benefits, office administration, providing front desk coverage, and ensuring patient calls and visits are handled professionally and with a high level of care. This would be an excellent way to learn more about insurance claims, insurance contracts, and medical office management.
