Junior Project Manager – Design & Architecture

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming retail spaces through cutting-edge design and architecture. The Junior Project Manager will assist in managing all phases of project development from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and management of design and architectural projects.
• Work closely with senior project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues before they impact the project.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients, highlighting progress and any adjustments needed to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes in project execution.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in design, architecture, or retail environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
