Animation Department - Production Intern (unpaid)
Partizan, the international award-winning production and management company, seeks Animation interns for Summer 2024. You’ll be working on projects with our Animation department in an effort to gain hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of the short form animation production process. Interns will be given opportunities to interact with our directors and clients, observe the day-to-day responsibilities of a successful animation production company, and gain practical skills that will be valuable for future endeavors.
Duties include:
- Assisting active productions or pitches
- Administrative assistance: note taking, meeting scheduling, database maintenance, etc.
- Researching various animation styles, references, artists, etc.
- Identifying and organizing freelance animation talent when necessary
- Researching current trends in animation
- Social media & animation marketing research
- Assist with promotional materials for various outlets
- Assist with Partizan in-house and external events and/or client services
This is an unpaid internship, but will be remote (Pacific Standard Time). Onsite work in Los Angeles, CA may be possible, but not required. You must be enrolled in an accredited academic program and must be eligible for school credit. Minimum commitment of 16 hours/week (2 days).
